Gas Refinery
In most cases there is a desulphurization process required for sour gas. Traditionally this process is done with anime/Claus based technology, caustic scrubbing or scavenging.
In these times smaller refinery gas sources with relatively low H2S content and debottlenecking are quite common. Off gases from for example sour water strippers and hydrocracking operations are often difficult to treat economical with the more traditional technology.
That’s why Paqell suggests THIOPAQ O&G technologies as an alternative to consider. THIOPAQ can be an economical interesting option which is simple, stable and safe. This translates also into an easy and safe operation with relatively low CAPEX and OPEX numbers.
For a quick look at the process and a better understanding of the technology we have placed an animated movie on our website or download the desulphurization factsheet.
